Your SAK correspondent can’t choose for you, but he’s giving you the opportunity to decide whether you prefer your Japanese lunacy exported to London, where an obscure pop prodigy called Windmill has recorded an original composition, “Tokyo Moon,” or ferried to Brooklyn, where more-than-able one-man band Arms covered said song and put it up on his MySpace page.
