Park Slope has selected a new form of government: for four consecutive Thursdays one month from now, Spintocracy shall be the guiding principle at Union Hall. Yes, Wilmington, Deleware’s catchy collective, The Spinto Band, have a residency planned for July 17, 24, 31, and August 7th.
