Zero Hrs:Three Mins:Thirty-Eight Secs
L.A. Monome-tapper Daedelus has a new album, Love To Make Music To, coming out Stateside in mid-July (those sample-hungry Brits get it first in early June), which is described in the press release as an “homage to early rave culture from the UK which he first heard in a YMCA whilst on holiday in London aged 15. ”
The first single, “Hrs:Mins:Secs,” is available for free (or as free as giving up your email address is) over here. And the album’s lead track, “Fair Weather Friends,” was also the title cut of a late ‘07, 5-song EP. The video for “Fair Weather Friends” is below:
